Release is one step closer because i added SOUL EXTRACTOR!

ADDED

• added ocelot tail
• finally added working soul extractor
• added soul extractor recipe (like furnace with powered bluestone block at center)
• now to create soul you should use soul extractor: put mob's item to left-up slot, soul to right-up slot and bluestone or bluestone block to left-down slot. Then wait and collect your result soul. API provided
• NEI integration is on starting phase

CHANGED

• now Mob spawner achievement named Creator
• fixed event listener so now achievements and startup messages should work fine
• now update checker is enabled by default
• removed bluestone tools
