Fixes & Changes:

Fixed not being able to trade with Heretic Servants.
Fixed Ripper Servant growth not shown on Jade.
Fixed putting Servant into Esoteric Tesseracts causing its servants to be owner-less. Now they will shift their owners to player.
Ice Chunks no longer damages Iceologer Servant's owner if Iceologer dies.
Hostile servants owned by other hostile servants will show Hostile on Jade if their owner dies.
