Fixes & Changes:

• Apostle and Damned's shoot indicators have been revamped by @LeoLezury to be better!

• Ender Keeper now leaves some after-images, courtesy of @LeoLezury, while doing certain attacks. This can be disabled through goety-mobs.toml if it takes up performance.

• Ominous Orbs now stack to 1. Also tweak how it's used in crafting to hopefully fix issues with ProjectE.

• Fixed Raider Servants retaining some effects upon revival.

• Fixed Fire Pillars not affecting fire resistant entities when summoned by Wither Necromancer Servants.

• Due to client-side issues, Crystal Balls cannot make the player see through the eyes of another mob if it's 80 blocks away from another player unless the it's another player instead.

• Apostles no longer take 1/2 damage when they're in the middle of teleporting or if they've been hit enough times.

• Electro Orbs now inflict chain lightning effect when shot using Storm Staff.

• Crones no longer constantly drink Blink Brews when at low health.

Additions:

• Surging Spell. Caster charges up before letting loose an endless volley of charged bolts.
