NoFrills 0.4.1 for Minecraft 1.21.5

The Dungeon Highlights feature has been split up into separate features in this release, reverting them to default settings.

• Added back the Hotbar Swap feature (removed in 0.4.0)
• Added save/load subcommands to /nf settings, allows you to save and/or reload your config at runtime
• Added the option to display the average TPS and Ping on their respective HUD elements
• Added Falling Blocks option to No Render
• Improved End Node Highlight performance a tiny bit
• Fixed Starred Mob Highlight not working due to the new mob type symbols
• Fixed the Fullbright No Effect option allowing the night vision effect to appear for a tick
• Fixed the config system not creating its folder if needed, which would cause saving to fail
• Fixed Kuudra supply waypoints rendering below the lava
