Not Enough Vulkan

Hopefully the monitor selector feature is now stable, I've tested it over a few days and haven't found issues

• fixed a crash when the config file was corrupted
• added a full-screen monitor selector option to Video Options, the monitor selector and it's patches are only applied when "Window Mode" is set to "Fullscreen" and multiple monitors are detected, otherwise, none of our patches get applied and you should report bugs regarding multiple monitors to VulkanMod.
• separated logs of Sodium Extra and Not Enough Vulkan
• fix some mixins being applied incorrectly on the server side, this mod is client side only, you should never use it on the server
• changed the logo
